Framan (Nig) Limited is a multi-diversified local and International Company which specializes in Environmental Technology, Waste and Industrial Water Treatment Process. Framan has interest in Process Engineering Mechanized Agriculture and Ecological Technology, the company also handles procurement and provides logistics to small, medium and heavy industries, Framan (Nig) Limited is also affiliated to Framan International Incorporation U.S.A. Emeka F. Mba, CEO/Head of West Africa Operations, is the co-founder of FramanAgridev, Emeka attended Secondary School at Nnewi High School, Nigeria and then went to California State University Diminguez Hills, U.S.A to further his educational career. Emeka graduated from university in BA Accounting and MBA Finance and Accounting). Emeka also has vast education in Cost Accounting and Managerial Accounting. He has been a Consultant in Project Innovation, Design, Project Variation and Budget Compliance, before having his vision to return back to Nigeria to pursue his vision and belief about "Greater Nigeria and Africa in general" This therefore led to the invention of The Great Desert To Food Programme, for the Northern Nigeria, Swamp To Food Programme for the Southern Nigeria and The Industrial Parks for the South Eastern and Western Nigeria.

 

Our partner, Agridev – “Agricultural Development Company (Int) Limited” is an Israeli company that specializes in Highly Mechanized Agriculture, Environmental Technology, Erosion Control, Desertification and Afforestation Technology, Waste Water Treatment, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Poultry and Agricultural Procurement and Advancement. Agridev is registered as a consultant with the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the UNDP and has been involved in many projects funded by these institutions.

Both Companies Framan and Agridev established an agency together called “FRAMANAGRIDEV” in 1998 to jointly pursue and provide effective solution to Ecological, Desertification, Afforestation, Erosion Control, Urban-Rural Water Supplies and other environmental degradations in West African Countries. The company operates on a commercial basis, providing professional and technical services, feasibility studies, planning, implementation, technical supervision, management, professional consulting and advice etc, to both public and private sectors of other countries. In doing so, it applies state-of-the-art technologies and the know how developed by Israel’s agricultural and agro-industrial sectors together with a vast experience acquired in other countries. The company maintains a pool of experts comprising in the region of about 1000 professionals covering a wide range of disciplines. Over the years we have been involved in countless overseas projects in Africa, Asia and Latin America and has sent hundreds of technicians aboard on assignments.

 

The FramanAgridev Instituteʼs vision is to see inspired leaders, particularly in agriculture business and government, actively and urgently investing in sustainable methods to heal our eroded landscape and support ethical, regenerative farming to nutritiously feed present and future generations.  By connecting society, efficient food production, and the environment on which it all depends we envision a resilient system where future generations can face the challenge of a changing climate.

 

The FramanAgridev Institute’s mission is to materialise our Vision by actively demonstrating regenerative methods of land asset management, especially soil, water and vegetation. This is accomplished through the connecting of science and practice on FramanAgridev Natural Farms which is the “living laboratory” for this work. All is to be shared through publication and experiential learning for the benefit of future generations.
